Exactly how many times do you need to be told that CSS cannot produce the effect that you're looking for? A client-side script can (in combination with CSS) but CSS alone cannot. So please, stop asking.

In addition, stop creating multiple threads to ask the same question. That behaviour is more likely to get you banned, than to get you answers (and you've already been given the only answer there is three times now).
