Make a navbar fixed in place

i have placed a horizontal navigation bar on my site, http://www.movie-arena.info/

please take a look at it to understand more. What i wanted to do is make that navbar stay in place even when i scroll the page, like the logo here, http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/logo.htm

any idea on how to do that?
