Can someone tell me why this doesn't work in IE?

Hey there,

If you go on my website at: http://www.jickpictures.com and click on the "Extras" drop down menu to the right, it works. But only in like newer browsers. Can someone tell me why it's not working in IE7 or below? And maybe a possible way to fix it would be nice.

I think it is actually working it's just opening up under the video in the middle in IE. The drop down menu where it says "watch more" at the bottom works no problem. So that's why I think it actually is working. Let me know please. Thank you.
