textual tooltip.

i am having some current difficulties with the textual tooltip feature. i am using rollover text-only images on my site, as the font i use is not a highly common font. i wish to use a textual tooltip on the bottom(as opposed to the right in the example). any way to link to my rollovers insted of the link itself? thanks.
