Scrip To View Images With Numbered List

I am looking for a script that will do this. I am thinking you will have to do this in PHP which I'm not very good at.

Anyway I have about 2000 images. Each image is exactly the same size

What I'd like to do is this:

On the page I'd like it to have

Image One Image Two
Image three Image four

Prev [Page 1] 2 3 4 5 10 50 100 [next] last


So in otherwords I'd like it would have one image in the upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right.

And at the bottom would be a menu, for lack of a better word that would allow you to jump ahead or go prev/next or to a specific page. (Similar to the list you find at the bottom of these theads)

Attached is an image.

Is this complex to do? I'd be willing to use a content management system or some kind of picture view if need be. I found a decent pic view, but it's FLASH so I'd rather not use that if possible
