I just tested the demo in Chrome 5.0 and FF 3.x, and it works. Does the issue occur for you on the DD demo, or just on your own page? If the later, please post a link to it.

Hmm the menu on your page also works for me in Chrome 5.0, FF3.7, and IE8 in Windows 7. Which browser/OS combo are you having the difficulty with?
