dropinbox problem.

I am trying to use the script for the dropin box. It works fine when I test the page on my computer, however when I upload it to my web hosting server, it does not work. I tried using the "once per session" option, and "each time page loads" option. It works fine when the page is accessed from my hard drive, however on the server it does not work. What could I be doing wrong?

It is a conflict with this script:

<script type="text/javascript" src="/jumptop.js">

</script>

Remove it and the dropin should work.
