submit a form via e-mail

Hello people,
This is my 1st post. i'm a beginner to web development. I hope you all will help me to learn about web development.

I have designed a form which any user can submit there details. since I don't have a database ( I want to learn that also), the form information should receive to my email account.

suppose this is the form http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...uiredcheck.htm, (additionally it has a field to fill valid email address)

how can I modify to reach my target.
