some conflict between two scripts of DD

hello DD,

i am making a college project in which i employed serveral page effects of DD in different pages. everything works well in IE.the problem is when i added a vertical news scroller(rss2js) all the effect scripts of DD are going inactive.or working very slowly .afterwards i came to know that,that rss2js using another script of DD.
here under is all the detailed information i have....

i am not intrested to loose neither news nor effects of the page. sometimes(for bubles effect) both loading but using CPU heavily(100%) and making system unusable.please help me.
