Help me with a countup script

Hi, I am new to this forum and wanted to know if anyone could help me find a countup script. I'm looking for one for my new website and preferably want one that will countup in years, months, and days. I have been unable to find one like this so far so if anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I modified a script to do Years Months Hours Minutes Seconds.
You don't get days, because I'm far too lazy to work out the math
