I need improve the slideshow from the following URL.

I would like to have Fixed size scrollingbar between two arrows(left & right).
while clicking the image i need to move the scrollar bar towards opposite direction. similar functionality of browser horizontal scrollbar. i have image for my scrolling bar so how to implement this.

anyone please help me.
