3) Describe problem: The menu says its cross browser - I used it for the live support button on my dev site. So the live support button is not viewing the same in ie and ff. Line 21 of menuitems.js is the placement but there is about a 10 pixel difference in firefox and ie - is it possible to get the same placement for both browsers?
