3) Describe problem: It works in IE but in Google Chrome it does not collapse and expand, does anybody know how to fix this bug?

Works fine in Google Chrome here. Try the demo page:

in Chrome. If that works for you, it's probably something about your implementation that is causing a problem for Chrome. If not, then it's probably a setting in your Chrome browser or something about your Chrome browser.
