Image Thumbnail Viewer II - Fading that works in all browsers

I couldn't find any threads on this topic posted in the forum.

Is there a way to implement the fading so that it works in all browsers? There are lots of jQuery galleries out there that have thumbnails and fading images, but I haven't found any that work just like this example. The Image Thumbnail Viewer II functionality is exactly what I want, it just needs to fade.

If anyone knows of a solution or can point me to a gallery that works like this AND fades, that would be great. Any help is appreciated.
