Script Positioning or layering issue

3) Describe problem:
I recently installed the Ultimate fade-in slideshow 2.0 on my page. It works just fine.However, the problem, is that the menu include is directly above the second slideshow. The slideshow javascript is always above or on top of the menu. Is there any way to position the slideshow behind other scripts, or drop down menus? Basically, there is no functionality problem, just one of positioning one on top and one behind. The menu is a normal js drop down menu. When highlighted it drops behind the Ultimate Slideshow.

Any help would be grateful.

Nevermind. it was an easy fix.

I just needed to set the z-index in my css.
