How to convert Ms-Excel data in mysql database

Can you explain in more detail?

Are you trying to use PHP/MySQL to change/search/organized data that originally came from excel?

Or are you trying to take data from excel and insert it into your database?

What is the problem exactly? (At what point can you not continue?)
