PHP-Adding individual desc to the lightbox

I hope I have put this in the right place....
Anyways...I am wondering if I can add a individual description to each image in the lightbox when the larger image is loaded. I noticed this can be done with the other lightbox scripts but they use individual links for each image (where this is far easier as is makes the thumbs for me).


I am still pretty new to all this stuff and if I can't then thats ok, but if I can I would really like to know how, thanks much appreciated
