stepcarousel and fireworks dropdowns

3) Describe problem: at http://www.charlottesymphony.org/indexNEW.asp i am using the stepcarousel. I am also using a Fireworks drop down menu system above the step carousel, but the drop downs are hidden behind the stepcarousel divs. Can you please let me know how to correct that?
