1) Script Title: Problem with Drop Down Panel Script

3) Describe problem: Within Firefox and Internet Explorer, there is a space between the very top of the page and the "Banner Title Here" graphic. The space seems to be the same size as the height of the drop down panel tab "Meet the Chef". This space does not appear when using the Safari browser.
