I have 720 q1 text strings in a html page.

I would like to know of a javascript function which would search and replace sets of 4 q1 s with the number incremented.

That is after replace the sequence in the html page should be:
q1 q1 q1 q1; q2 q2 q2 q2; q3 q3 q3 q3; q4 q4 q4 q4; q5 q5 q5 q5; ....; q180 q180 q180 q180;

I would greatly appreciate help.
