Nested Side Bar Menu Having IE Issues

The script looks great in every browser but IE. When you hover over the parent page and the child pages show up, they go away when you start to scroll down.

But it didn't have any resolution. Any ideas?

Anyone with any ideas as to why this script is falling off in IE?
