The site is a PHP driven site, you will only be able to clone the HTML by saving the page as etc, this does not mean that most of the functions on the site will work. The only Javascript on that site is at

http://www.bharatbloodbank.com/script/donors.js

Looks like it is for forms, etc.

No worries mate, I would suggest hiring a freelancer as it is quite a large task, there are tons of functions in that JS script ranging from form validation, referring friends, etc, etc.

friend referral
searching for donors (users)
user comments
