Default Stock chart code for Pink Sheets/Penny stocks

    Hi All,

I'm looking for a stock chart that I can put up on my website, but it needs to be able to display pink sheet penny stocks. Almost all of the charts I have seen don't support pink sheets (the symbols show up as nonexistent), with the few exceptions costing money (QuoteMedia being one, though they seem to be ignoring my emails on how to go about buying the rights to use their code...).

Thanks, and sorry if this doesn't make sense! haha

Well, the QuoteMedia site you mentioned has a ton of charts, and each is available to be inserted into your site for free it appears.

Or did you just not want their name on your charts?

If so, find the chart(s) on QM you are after and we can have a look at how to go about duplicating them.

    Thanks for the response.

The only problem is that when you click to "Get Code", it shows a message that says that the code is only for trial use and to actually use it on my site I need to purchase it. Then the only thing I can find on how to purchase it is to email them, which I did (two days ago) and haven't yet gotten a response. I suppose I could just use the code, but I don't want there to be any problems.

    EDIT :

Here's what the message says exactly:
Product code is available for demonstration, testing, and analysis only.

    purchase agreement with QuoteMedia Inc.

Not that I'm sure this is the best advice, but what I'd probably do is just use the code and email them that you are using the code and will pay once they respond. Giving them a link to your page proves that you're not trying to hide anything.
Of course this means two things:
    1) You ARE planning to pay (including that you're willing to pay the 'current' price), or if something doesn't work out you'll take it down.
    2) If for some reason they won't sell it to you (and say so), then you will have to start over.

How long did you wait for the email? I'm guessing that if they only have email as a way to order, it's a small company and then it's probably one person (at least one person handling orders) and maybe they're on vacation. Give it some time and you'll get an answer.

I've given two days so far (sent the email Monday morning). I don't know how big they are, but they do cater to pretty big companies (GE and GM I know of for sure), so it seems weird that they would have the order system they have. Maybe I'M too small, haha

    Have you tried calling?

The message seems to be a "warning for usage for personal gain." Basically it is a cover their butts message so if you get caught using their applications with your name for profit they can sue you or take corrective actions.

As long as you don't remove their name or make changes to the application feel free to use it.
