Printable photo calendar php script

I am looking for a php script that will upload images by the customers and make a calendar. The sample site is as follow:

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have googled the topic "Printable photo calendar php script" but I got nothing. May be I am not search the right keyword.

I've never seen anything like that, most calendars intended to be web-based. Keep looking, though, I'm sure someone's done it. If you decide you would like one custom-written, I can help.
