Image Thumbnail Viewer Not Working Correctly

I solved the initial problem below. It was apparently related to cached data in Firefox. Uploading the files again and reloading fixed it.

Still have one question though...

Is there any way to display the "Title" in the footer bar, instead of bumping the footer down and displaying it on a white background (between the image and footer)?

I added the thumbnail script to my web page to show enlarged screenshots. This worked fine when viewing the page locally on my own computer (with Firefox 3.6.3). However, when I upload it to the server at my web host, the same page gets bumped down and shows the "loading" graphic and the "close" text at the top of the screen.

Just to be sure I hadn't forgotten to upload something or set file permissions incorrectly, I checked the page with IE 8, and the page displays properly locally and online, and the thumbnail viewer works properly.

I can also view the sample at the DD URL page above fine with FF 3.6.3.

Why does it work locally with Firefox, but not when uploaded?
