CSS Menu: highlight current & first/last tab

I'm using jQuery Multi Level CSS Menu #2

Is it possible to let it highlight the current tab so the menu tells you where you are?

Does someone have a solution for a different first and last tab on level 1 (I need to modify the witdh and background of both)

Make a 'current' ID and apply it to the tab the user is on. What is the page your working on written in. Link?
