    Default Slide show left/right arrows....

    Hi

I've created a custom page in Photoshop and one part of it I has a basic window spot area and two buttons left/right but I do not know how to make this function custom....

I know there's scripts that do this but how customizable are they with a unique/custom design?

here is a basic diagram of what I have built.....

Is there an easy to customize css code anywhere for this function or is making one from scratch easier?

There are a number of things you could try:

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...tentslider.htm

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...nslideshow.htm

    http://malsup.com/jquery/cycle/

And the as yet not documented:

I'm sure there are others. The last two are highly configurable. The first probably could be adapted fairly easily. The second one I'm not certain of its adaptability. The third can probably be fit into your format fairly easily.

    Default CSS for this?

I have a layout that I created in PS that will have a slide show type window but I am not really sure how to go about coding it..

Here is a basic diagram of it. Is there a script or css code available that is easy to modify or make custom to fit with a custom layout / design like this?

You should be able to take another slideshow and assign the same properties from it's buttons to your buttons and so on for the rest of it until it's all converted.

This is a duplicate, more or less, of another thread (since merged into this thread or visa versa by another moderator).

How many accounts do you have here? Why have more than one?

Anyways, since I already answered this before I realized it was a dupe from a different account - CSS alone cannot do this. You need a script. There are several I can think of (undoubtedly there are others available around the web):

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...tentglider.htm

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...tentslider.htm

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...nslideshow.htm

    http://malsup.com/jquery/cycle/

    http://home.comcast.net/~jscheuer1/side/vfs/jsjq_6.htm

All of which can be adapted to that layout, some more easily than others.

But what about the dual accounts? Which one do you want to keep, Strouse or Joobs?
