Hi folks, I am new to web design, and I'm having problems writing some coding that will alow me to mouseover a link and change the text/image of a section on my page, but at the same time, once the link is clicked navigate to another page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have doing some experimenting for some time now and results are still far from what I'm trying to accomplish.
