Hi all, relatively new to all this, so forgive me for not know how to describe this very well. I've been scouring Google all morning looking for info, but without even know what you'd properly call this, I haven't had much luck.

I'm looking for a way to achieve an effect similar to the one used
here.

Notice that when you hover over the buttons at the top ("Products", "Tutorials", "Extensions", etc.), buttons appear underneath each one in a horizontal list for that section's sub-menus. There's a handy, little delay on them so they don't disappear immediately after you move your mouse off the main menu button. I really want to incorporate this into my site, but don't know where to start!

Any help would be really, really appreciated!
