Conveyor Belt Dynamic Loading

I am trying to load the images for the Conveyor Belt ( http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...rightslide.htm ) dynamically from a DB. However everytime I add the information as a variable the web server prompts the user to log onto the site for each element in the array. Has anyone had this problem before? Is it the hosting company problem?

The site can be seen at http://www.edbsonline.com/storeface.asp?Cat=4&Sub=%2021 If you view source you will see the code write correctly and after all the prompts it actually works (pics not loaded). If I hard code the data it works fine. As soon as I add a variable into the code it starts the prompts.
