Help needed in page layout

Hello,

I'm trying to create a page layout as attached using css:



it shouldn't be so difficult and still I lost my way in the middle...

we are talking about 4 images in different positions:
1. as the main table background
2. floating image on bottom-center table/page (the image width will be the same as the table).
3. bg image for left side of the page
4. bg image for right side of the page

Can anyone help???
PLEASE?
