Countdown timer loop

Hi guys,

I am stuck atm. I have create a questionnaire as a project and I require a PHP countdown script. I require the following.

- A timer that loops every 30 minutes ( it needs to display to the user "3 minutes left" for example). Once it hits 0 minutes and 0 seconds it restarts the loop.

Can anyone help?
