Help with a virtual Candle script

Hi, I am making a memorial section on my joomla site and I would like a virtual candle where people can light a candle and leave their messages of condolences, something like this site. This is how I want my lit candles and messages to look http://virtual-candle.org/showcurrent.php. This is the link to the process of actually lighting the candle.http://virtual-candle.org/index.php. Does anyone know of any extensions or modules that I could use or is it simple to create one. I found one but it doesn't work any longer. Would anyone be willing to help me create something like this. I am a novice at this kind of thing but I take direction well. lol

Is no one able to help? I see 40 people have viewed this post. it doesn't have tobe php it can be flash or javascript as well, can someone help me please?
