menu won't open

3) Describe problem:

I have 5 head-menus, 3 of them have sub-menus and 2 don't. Sub-menus collapse when a head-link is clicked, but if that head-menu doesn't have a sub-menu, they wont collapse... and I want to do exactly that. I've been reading some threads about this and thought that I could resolve my problem by configuring daccordion.init persiststate to false and defaultexpanded to the menu I want to stay open, but it's no working, all menus remain closed.

What did I miss? is there another solution? here's my test menu: http://citar.artes.ucp.pt/mtpnp/temp_teste

So lets say I do the following on temp_test:

1) Click on Menu Header 2, which expands its sub menu, then
2) Click on Menu Header 4, which just goes to another page.

If I come back to temp_test, all sub menus are collapsed by default. What am I missing here? What's wrong/ am I missing here?

After you click on Menu Header 4, you will see that the Menu Header with sub-menus [menu 01, menu 02 and menu 03] wont expand anymore... and they are programed to expand in defaultexpanded: [respective index]
