how do I create a drop down menu for a psd template?

Hi,

I have the following template: http://www.templatemonster.com/websi...tes/11636.html that has the menu titles as psd slices. I am working on the non-flash version of this template with html and psd menu titles. How can I create a drop down menu for those psd menu titles? Please help me. Would any of the drop down menus posted on this site work for me? I would really appreciate your help.
