Looking for a Mesh Blender Script

I am searching for a script which is used to create an interactive color palate which can be used to select ceramic tile colors.

A similar script can be seen at sonomatilemakers (dot) com (slash) MeshBuilder (dot) aspx

Per the source code, it seems to come from Dynamic Drive but I am not finding it ...

Any suggestions?
