Floating menu script

Is there any way to tweak it so that the menu floats within a div or table cell? I know the nature of a floating menu is that it floats relative to the browser screen. But... I was wondering if there was some way to have a menu float within a div or td so that it float vertically when you scroll, but still remain in that div or td even if the browser resolution changes.

Actually, I just found another script that does seems to keep the menu floating within a div or td.
