Fade-in Slideshow covers up Flash drop down menu

Here's the issue:

In IE6, the Adobe Style Flash Dropdown Menu links are hidden BEHIND the javascript Fade-in slideshow. In FF, the links drop down OVER the slideshow, which is what I want.

I'm sure that some lines of code can fix the z-index layering, if that is what it is. Or, is javascript cancelling out the Flash dropdown menu?

Looking at your page in FF3.6 and IE8, the menu links appear above the slideshow for menu. Which browser(s) does the issue occur in?
