HV menu in firefox

Hi,

Could someone please tell me as to how can I use the HV menu to show the cursor hand shape on Firefox 1.0.6 browser from Mozilla/5.0? It works fine on IE.

simple use

<span style='cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;'>Text to be a hand</span>

, the pointer is for IE, the hand is for Firefox (it was in a tips/tricks section in mouseover or somewhere like that)
