    Default Site Logo/ Watermark - Transparent PNG issue

    3) Describe problem: I'm just wondering if there is a way around the Internet Explorer transparent PNG glitch using this script that doesn't involve changing my image to a gif, because it looked like crap in other browsers when I did that.

    Since IE 7 there has been no problem with transparent .png images. For IE 5.5 through 6 one may use iepngfix:

    or some other such strategy. One thing many people misunderstand about these strategies is that they should not be used on IE 7 or greater because those browsers have no problem with .png. So the stylesheet that implements them should be restricted to IE 6 and less via IE conditional comments:
