I would like to set up a google video sitemap. Bit confused about protocol.


The videos are uploaded on youtube and then embedded into my website.

The link on my website is http://www.bioenergyhealing.org.uk/videos.htm

I also have a link from http://www.bioenergyhealing.org.uk/treatment

I have the 2 videos on my youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/bioenergyhealing.

Any help with the .xml code would be appreciated.
