Need help to set path for cookie

Hi

I am using this code to display a div layer and once a visitor closes the layer, it should not diplay again for that session. I have the code on 2 separate pages with 2 separate paths and I cannot figure out how to set the path here...if I close it on one page it still shows up on the 2nd until I close it again on the 2nd.
