Script: Pausing up-down message scroller http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex2/crosstick.htm

Hi, I love this script but can only get it to work in Netscape when I remove the doctype tag. I like to validate my code and need to be able to use that tag.

Is this a bug? Is there a way to get it to work with a doctype tag?
