This isn't so much a script I guess but I was wandering if any of you could help me at all...

I'd like to incorporate a company registration form/tool into my site whereby a user can fill out the form, pay a fee and their application is automatically sent off to companies house (uk)

Much like the one as seen on smarta

Do you have any idea about how I may go about doing this?
