    	wrapperid: "fadeshow1", //ID of blank DIV on page to house Slideshow
    	dimensions: [400, 300], //width/height of gallery in pixels. Should reflect dimensions of largest image
    	imagearray: [
    		["/images/slideshow/fp1.jpg", "", "", ""],
    		["/images/slideshow/fp2.jpg", ""],
    		["/images/slideshow/fp3.jpg"],
    		["/images/slideshow/fp4.jpg", "", "", ""] //<--no trailing comma after very last image element!
    	],
    	displaymode: {type:'auto', pause:2500, cycles:0, wraparound:false},
    	persist: false, //remember last viewed slide and recall within same session?

    })

    </script>
    Code:
     <div id="fadeshow1"></div>
    Code:

    var fadeSlideShow_descpanel={
    	controls: [['/images/slideshow/fp3.jpg',7,7], ['/images/slideshow/fp2.jpg',10,11], ['/images/slideshow/fp1.jpg',54,55]], //full URL and dimensions of close, restore, and loading images
    	fontStyle: 'normal 11px Verdana', //font style for text descriptions
    	slidespeed: 200 //speed of description panel animation (in millisec)
    }

    //No need to edit beyond here...

    }
    I have other scripts running on the page...hopefully there is not a conflict

    Please post a link to the page on your site that contains the problematic script so we can check it out.

    Just looking at your code its hard to tell what the issue is, such as a broken reference to one of the .js files etc.

    uploaded the site and the pictures loaded fine first time but then never ran properly again? Sometimes manage to get the second image loading. Same in Firefox/IE8/ Opera - will keep looking for code errors -

    Read there was a buggy js script on the forum - sourced mine from
    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...deslideshow.js
    is this one the latest release?

    thanx for assistance

    Yep it is the latest. Did you manage to upload a sample page running the slideshow online?

    I'm pretty sure its a java script conflict, been having problems attempting other new scripts. Spent too long trying to do something relatively simple.

    Thanx anyway admin

    Ok, inside the .js file, try commenting out the below line (new code in red):
    Code:
    //jQuery.noConflict()

    Hi, still not working with the conflicting round corners js - definitely the problem as the fadeslideshow works a treat without it.

    Maybe I will remove the rounded corners off the page where Im running the fadeslideshow script..... should be fine

    Thanx for the tips tho!
