E-mail validation

i need an validation for email id which acepts the email id only if sdfsdf@sdfs.dsd
the validation should be like that any scripts plz.........

Try google. There should be many examples out there.
The problem is that you need to determine what a valid email looks like. In addition to the format, some scripts check maximum length.
Another issue is whether the email is real. Only an activation can prove this (user gets a code by email and has to enter it to continue).
