    Hmmm, about the same as the professional companies that make fake wood flooring: it looks like plastic.

    It's a good start, you "just" have to make more imperfect. Have a look at real wood for reference: http://images.google.com/images?q=wood%20texture

    It looks way too smudged
    and the color is a little bit odd to me, maybe its just me
    While I can tell that you were trying to make wood, I cannot say that it looks very real, and that is mainly becasue of the way it was smeared around in photoshop or whatever it was you used
    it doesn't look very natural that way
    Making the lines darker could help as well
    Maybe try smudging each color seperatly
    Hmm but its not like I'm an expert on drawing wood but I do a lot digital art
