CSS image transform for IE

I'm trying to get my website to be cross/multi browser compatible at the moment, and it is proving to be a pain in the ass. The CSS works fine for FF, Safari and Chrome, but is not functioning in IE.

The CSS is:

Can somebody suggest a remedy for this issue?
