Combine 2 Javascripts?

Hi,
I am trying to combine the lightbox image and the Smooth Navigational Menu in the same bage but a conflict must exist and it does not work!
You have to delete one of them in order the other one to work.Does anyone knows how to combine them? Make it work? Thanks in advance.
