Smooth Menu with links on any page

Hello guys!
I have a question regarding the smooth menu on this site. I wanted to know how could I put the text links and the smooth menu in the same script/page to load on every page of a website( when it's necessary to add a new link to a page, just modify the script/page containing the menu).

I think is very simple but I don't know how to do it. Can anybody help me with this? Thank you!

It can be done in a php page (i recently used this same script and have it working) then using php you can require the other page once at the top of the page you're wanting it on. Any changes only need to be on the one page then. Depends if your familiar with php or not. But thats how I know it can be done.

I'm so blind at this hour. If I payed attention to what was written at the bottom of the page... It is an example there. Sorry for the short thread. The problem it's solved.
